Rotary in Action

The weekly meeting of the Banner Buddies takes place on Monday's (7am) at the Red Kettle. These banners are rotated regularly to ensure that everyone in the area has access to up-to-date information about what's happening in town. Whether it's a charity event or an art show, you can always count on the Rotary Club of Idyllwild to keep you informed!

The parade lasts for a few hours, with different groups and individuals taking part, showcasing the diversity of those who come together to make this event a success. The sense of togetherness and community is visible in every aspect of the parade, and amidst the flurry of excitement, one can't help but feel touched by the vibrance of the entire event.

The Rotary Club of Idyllwild has been a major contributor to the annual Christmas tree lighting in Idyllwild. Every year, the club donates their time and resources to ensure that the event is a success. This includes providing volunteers to help with setup and decorations, as well as donating funds for supplies and materials. Through their efforts, the Rotary Club of has helped make the Christmas tree lighting a beloved tradition in Idyllwild for many years. 

Looking for a fun Memorial Day weekend activity? Come join us for the annual Memorial Day pancake breakfast put on by the Rotary Club of Idyllwild, California!  

But that's not all! Make a weekend of it and enjoy the annual community yard sale on Saturday and Sunday. This is the perfect opportunity to find unique items and handcrafted goods from local artisans. 

The Idyllwild Rotary Club is committed to helping out the local community and has been doing so since 1958. One of their most notable contributions is their annual donation to the Idyllwild Scholarship Fund, which helps graduating high school students pursue higher education. Recently, they donated $5,000 to the fund in order to help more students achieve their academic goals. Through these initiatives, they are able to make a positive impact on the lives of many young people in Idyllwild. 

 Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the Idyllwild Rotary Christmas Market & Harvest Festival, taking place on the Friday and Saturday following Thanksgiving. This annual event, hosted by the Rotary Club of Idyllwild, is a fantastic opportunity to support local businesses and the community while finding one-of-a-kind gifts for your loved ones.  With over 40 vendors showcasing their handmade crafts, jewelry, jams, jellies, holiday decor, and so much more, you'll be sure to find something unique.
