Banner Buddies meets on Mondays

Want to promote your next community project? The Rotary Club of Idyllwild helps local non-profits display promotional banners at our designated site between The Fort and the Red Kettle restaurant.  Here is how the program works:

• Who: Active, accredited non-profits based right here "on the hill". 
• What: Banners must promote community service activities or projects. Commercial, political, or religious messages are not permitted. 
• Specs: Banners must be double-sided, feature #4 grommets and wind flaps, and measure 4 feet high by 4 to 12 feet long. 

• Download the Banner Program Agreement below, fill it out, and email it along with your design mock-up to IdyllwildRotaryClub@gmail.com. 
• Timeline: Submissions must be sent at least two (2) weeks before your requested start date. 

• Our Banner Committee reviews applications every Monday morning during our "Banner Breakfast". 
• We will verify your Federal Tax ID and ensure the design meets our safety standards. Approval is at the sole discretion of the committee, with priority given based on submission date. 

• Drop-off: Bring your physical banner to the display site at 8:00 AM sharp on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday). 
• Duration: Banners are displayed for one week, up to a maximum of 21 days. 
• Pick-up: A representative from your organization must be present at the site on your scheduled Monday take-down date. Please note: Rotary is not responsible for weather damage or storing unclaimed banners.
