 This year's 4th of July parade in Idyllwild promises to be a spectacular celebration, kicking off on Thursday, July 4th at 10:00 AM and continuing until approximately noon. The streets along the parade route on North Circle Drive will close at around 9:00 AM to accommodate the festivities, with entries starting to line up along South Circle by Four Corners in Fern Valley as early as 8:00 AM. This year's grand marshal is none other than Smokey Bear, commemorating his 80th birthday, adding a special touch to the parade. Residents and visitors alike can look forward to seeing Mayor Max once again participating in this beloved event.
